Welcome to Gaia Functional Wellness.
By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms are here to create safety, transparency, and mutual respect between coach and client — a sacred agreement rooted in integrity and care.
Wellness Coaching Services
All services provided by Gaia Functional Wellness are wellness coaching and educational in nature. Our services may include:
- Functional wellness coaching and lifestyle planning
- Nutrition guidance and supplement recommendations
- Lab interpretation guidance (educational only)
- Mindfulness, breathwork, and stress management coaching
- Longevity and vitality lifestyle coaching
Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not prescribe medications or order lab tests. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Functional Wellness Coaching
Initial Session: $200 (60 min)
Follow-Up Sessions: $100 (30-45 min)
Holistic Life Coaching
Initial Session: $150 (60 min)
Follow-Up Sessions: $75 (45 min)
Discovery Call (15 min) — Complimentary
All payments are due at the time of booking via secure systems such as Practice Better, Stripe, or Square.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Refunds are not available for completed sessions, but rescheduling with proper notice is always honored.

Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.

Gaia Functional Wellness and its coaches are not liable for:

- Technical difficulties during virtual sessions
- Circumstances beyond our control
Your participation is voluntary and self-directed.
Sessions are scheduled through our secure booking system.
Emails and messages are for logistics and brief clarifications only.
If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
All educational materials, guides, and videos created by Gaia Functional Wellness are protected by copyright.
They may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect updates in policies or laws.
